Position Overview:
The primary responsibility of the Analyst I – Customer Relationship Management is to support the planning, execution, and evaluation of CRM programs through data-driven analysis and reporting. The Analyst I is expected to create analyses, assist in testing, provide data-driven recommendations to enhance customer retention, engagement, and long-term value, and work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and data teams towards turning raw data into actionable insights. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and The Venetian Resort’s policies, practices, and procedures.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Leverage data and analytics to generate insights and strategic recommendations that influence company-wide marketing decisions
- Develop and execute high-impact analytical projects delivering measurable financial benefits
- Develop forecasts and models for campaign performance, incorporating macroeconomic trends and player-behavior analytics to inform leadership initiatives
- Strive to automate and optimize all personal and departmental processes where possible
- Clearly and succinctly summarize insights using historical and real-time data
- Design, recommend, implement, and interpret A/B testing to guide senior-level CRM strategies and offers
- Complete analytics assignments including but not limited to player valuation, database contact, and database growth strategy and share insights gained with marketing and CRM leadership teams.
- Manage project timelines for leadership approved initiatives
- Provide data-driven strategic guidance on Venetian Rewards growth, market-share opportunities, and partnership projects
- Conduct a variety of CRM-related ad-hoc analyses & projects

Minimum Qualifications:
- 21 years of age.
- Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, economics, marketing, hospitality or similar field of study required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Control Board registration and any other certification or license, as required by law or policy.
- Must have experience in hospitality, gaming, or other related industry.
- Must be very detail oriented with the ability to understand and work across multiple technical systems.
- Must be organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at once, with competing deadlines.
- Knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts required.
- Experience with casino gaming systems and hotel PMS systems preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and MS Office products required.
- Experience with personalization, loyalty, CRM, and relationship-based marketing preferred.
- Must be able to work collaboratively and independently with other stakeholders towards a common goal.
- Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
