Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years management experience in a high volume Slot Department in a management capacity. Must possess excellent personal computer skills including word processing (MS Word) and spreadsheets (MS Excel) with a working knowledge of all Microsoft based office products. Extensive training skills in all aspects of slot operation possess organizational skills and the ability to coordinate the completion of multiple projects and assignments simultaneously. Must be able to work with others, communicate well, give directions, review the work of others and provide guidance and counsel when needed to achieve department goals and objectives. Must maintain a positive attitude toward work and interface with hotel guest in a congenial and polite manner.

Physical Requirements:

• Maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude while dealing effectively with guest, management, team members and outside contacts while working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
• Able to maintain composure under pressure and consistently meet deadlines with internal and external customers and contacts.
